Answer:The clubhouse may be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. On this website under “Calendars” you may determine if the date and time have been previously reserved, the reservation form can be found under “Documents”; Select “Pool/Clubhuse Documents” Reservations are made with the V.P. of Pool and Recreation (phone number in the directories for “Board Members”); Call to confirm date, to make arrangements.

Question: Do I need to hire a Lifeguard for a Pool Party?

Answer: For parties during normal pool hours, an additional lifeguard is mandatory if the number of adults and children is 30 or more. For parties with ten or more children, an additional lifeguard is highly recommended. For parties that are not scheduled during normal pool hours or extend past the normal pool hours, a lifeguard is required and costs $20/ hr.

Question: How do I get a Lifeguard for my Party?

Answer: Arrangements for Lifeguards must be made through the VP of Recreation and the pool management company. They require a minimum of seven days advance notice. A form with detailed information and contacts is located on this website under “Documents”. Please call the VP Recreation within 7 days of the event.
